Rosco I-Cue Intelligent Mirror

The Rosco I-Cue Intelligent Mirror is a lightweight, ultra-quiet moving mirror that mounts to an ellipsoidal spotlight so you can reposition the beam on cue. Use one luminaire for multiple specials, focus wherever the designer requires, then move to the next position with a simple cue from your DMX console. Movement is silent, quick, and accurate, and can be repeated consistently, night after night, including in television studios and concert halls where ambient motor noise is unacceptable.

How It Helps in a Lighting Workflow

Instead of rehanging or refocusing fixtures to hit new marks, the I-Cue lets you redirect the output from the same ellipsoidal to different areas of the stage, set, or venue. This makes it a practical solution when fixture count, hanging positions, or changeover time is limited, while still keeping precise cue-to-cue repeatability.

Control Options and System Integration

Operated via a DMX console, the I-Cue can be used in either 8-bit or 16-bit resolution for control that matches your programming needs. Multiple units may be “daisy chained” together. For installations where DMX control is not available, simple repetitive motions can be programmed directly into the I-Cue.

Compatible Fixtures and Power Requirements

The Rosco I-Cue will fit virtually any fixture with a 6-1/4-inch color frame slot such as the ETC Source Four, Selecon Pacific, and many others. The I-Cue requires a power supply (see accessories), and requires a 24v power supply unit such as the Rosco PSU 50.
