NEW Chamsys MagicQ Rack

MagicQ Rack is a fully-featured rack mountable version of the MagicQ console designed for installations. It features the same operating system as MagicQ series consoles, but is designed to operate without physical user control, and supports all MagicQ features including scheduled events, OSC, UDP, and MIDI control.

Built for Installed and Architectural Control

Designed for venues that need reliable, always-on lighting control, MagicQ Rack fits a standard 19 inch rack in a compact 1U chassis (403 x 195 x 45 mm) and can also be used as a desktop box with the supplied rack ears. It is well suited to architectural lighting, house lighting, themed environments, and any installation where you want the power of MagicQ with remote and trigger-based operation.

Hands-On Playback Access and Wall-Plate Integration

Featuring 10 buttons for activation of Playbacks and Executes, MagicQ Rack is easily paired with 10Scene wall plates to create a robust installed lighting control system with advanced MagicQ capabilities such as pixel mapping and multi-element fixture control. For larger systems, it includes four 10Scene ports for connecting up to forty 10Scene wall plates, giving staff simple, familiar control points while the rack unit handles the show logic.

DMX Output, Networking, and Control Connectivity

Its 24 universes of DMX output are expandable to 48 via licence upgrade, giving room to scale from a straightforward venue rig to multi-universe installations. Connectivity features include two RDM-enabled 5-pin DMX connectors for direct DMX output, inbuilt Wi-Fi for programming and remote control, and a network port for integration into installed networks and control systems.

Integration-Friendly I/O for Modern Workflows

MagicQ Rack supports a range of control and monitoring options for installed environments, including HDMI external monitor output (1920 x 1080), two USB ports, MIDI in/out, and audio input and output. Power is handled via TrueCon input (90-250v AC), supporting common installation power requirements.
