NEW Chauvet Professional COLORdash Accent 5X IP is an extremely compact, IP65-rated LED wash fixture designed for indoor and outdoor accent lighting where size, durability, and color quality matter. Powered by a 40W Hex-color RGBAW+UV LED, it delivers a tremendous punch of evenly mixed light with a tight 11.4° beam that can be expanded to 21.5° using its included filter, making it easy to switch between focused highlights and a softer, wider glow.

Color, Output, and On-Camera Performance

COLORdash Accent 5X IP produces saturated colors and brilliant pastels with a soft, even glow, useful for uplighting, architectural details, scenic pieces, and compact stage positions where consistent color mixing is critical. Variable pulse width modulation helps ensure flicker-free performance for on-camera use, including video capture and IMAG workflows.

Control and Setup Options

For programming flexibility, the fixture supports simple and complex DMX channel profiles and includes RDM for streamlined addressing and fixture management in larger DMX systems. Convenient addressing for DMX control and easy menu navigation in stand-alone mode are offered via an onboard OLED display. Built-in auto programs can be recalled via DMX or used in Master/Slave configurations for quick, controller-free looks.

Compact, Rugged Design for Flexible Mounting

The double-bracketed yoke doubles as a floor stand for fast placement on stages, truss bases, set walls, or architectural surfaces. Its palm-sized footprint (7.24 x 5.70 x 3.46 in, 184 x 145 x 88 mm) and lightweight build (2.8 lb, 1.3 kg) help when space is tight and fixtures need to be positioned quickly.

A variable electronic dimmer (0–100%) supports smooth intensity control, whether you are matching ambient practicals, creating subtle color washes, or dialing in accents that sit cleanly on camera.
