The F4XIP uses specialized LED drivers with S-PWM (scrambled PWM) and a 3,840 Hz refresh rate to improve on-camera performance for broadcast, IMAG, and recorded productions. High quality black body LEDs reproduce video at 14-bit grayscale (18-bit available) and operate on the A5s receiver card from Novastar, supporting consistent color and smooth dimming across the wall.

Quick, efficient deployment is supported by a lightweight die-cast magnesium housing, magnetic assisted hanging, and a frame design that accommodates overhead hanging, ground stacking, and wall mounting. For maintenance, the intelligent, high speed magnetic LED modules include dedicated memory that stores factory calibration, which helps maintain image uniformity while simplifying module replacement. The panel is designed for both front and rear service, allowing modules to be pushed out from the rear using the handles, or accessed from the front with the included service tool.
Protection and Thermal Management for Real-World Use
To reduce handling damage, the front LED surface protective design includes stainless steel standing feet that keep LEDs from contacting the floor, along with a board design intended to improve impact resistance and a resilient LED mask to support viewing angle and uniformity while reducing exposure to impacts. Optimized heat dissipation helps maintain even color performance across the F4XIP.
Compatible Processing and Control
Easily configure and drive content with the VIP Drive 43Nova 2 or the VIP Drive 83R Nova, powered by the Novastar control protocol. This package also includes NovaStar VS6X processors, supporting a streamlined workflow for routing, scaling, and managing LED wall content.
