The Chauvet Professsional COLORado Solo Pod E is a versatile, IP65-rated RGBL LED wash fixture built for touring, rental, and production environments, indoors or out. Integrated electronic Smart Frost enables instant shifts from a narrow spot to wide washes and color block effects, giving you fast, fixture-level control over beam spread and edge softness.

Output and Optical Control

Advanced optics and a high-power RGBL LED light engine are engineered to deliver fully homogenized output in both frost modes, so colors stay smooth and even whether you are running tight beams or broad wash looks. Variable electronic frost provides precise control over beam and edge softness, making it easy to tailor the fixture for punchy aerial accents, scenic coverage, or on-camera wash.

DMX and Camera-Friendly Performance

For clean fades and consistent reproduction, the COLORado Solo Pod E offers 16-bit dimming and selectable PWM frequencies to help eliminate flicker on broadcast, livestream, and high-speed camera shoots. Outdoor-rated power and data connectors support straightforward rigging and patching without proprietary cabling, while IP-rated power and DMX connections keep the system reliable in challenging weather and venue conditions.

Rigging and Deployment

Rigging and setups are fast and easy with its included omega bracket with 1/4 turn adaptors and 7.5-inch accessory compatibility. It can be mounted with traditional clamps, a quick-connecting omega bracket, or configured as a split yoke floor stand. The fixture measures 11.14 x 8.18 x 15.96 inches (283 x 208 x 405.5 mm) and weighs 15.8 lb (7.2 kg).
