NEW Astera QuikPunch

The Astera QuikPunch is an accurate, fast-operating wireless Fresnel spotlight built for event, film, and broadcast crews who need a punchy beam, quick setup, and dependable battery performance. With a Fresnel lens, 13º–60º zoom, and 8,000 lux at 3 meters, it delivers high output with just 75 W of power (650 W equivalent), while keeping light where you aim it with zero stray light.

Efficient output with long battery runtime

Being equivalent to a 200 W LED PAR for stage use while delivering 4.5 hours of maximum runtime, QuikPunch is the most energy-efficient Spotlight ever made. For extended calls, it can run up to 20 hours depending on output, and it is prepared for easy and quick operation thanks to the battery-driven PrepBox and its ChargingPlate.

Sharper beam control from spot to wide wash

QuikPunch does not only feature a 13º–60º zoom range, it is also optimized for a sharper, easier-to-control optical footprint. It outputs a zero-spill, accurate beam that reminds of a theatrical PC projector, but it can also work as a traditional 650 W Fresnel spotlight when the EdgeSoftener filter is added.

QuikPunch is really bright, and its 60º beam angle makes it an excellent wash light to evenly light large surfaces. But unlike traditional Fresnels, QuikPunch allows you to accurately cut the light via barndoors even at 45º, with no need to flood it to get a sharp and controlled beam shape.

Color quality and wireless control for modern sets

Powered by the Titan LED Engine with RGBMintAmber color, QuikPunch is designed for accurate on-camera rendering, with CRI (Ra) / TLCI 3200 to 6500 K (OutputGain disabled) of ≥96. Control options fit a wide range of workflows, including wired DMX, a built-in CRMX receiver, and built-in BluetoothBridge BTB with wireless protocols CRMX, UHF, Bluetooth, and WiFi (CRMX/UHF up to 300 m, Bluetooth up to 3 m). Infrared control is also supported.

Built for production and location work

QuikPunch is rated IP65 for wired and unwired use, operates from 0 to 40 °C, and supports 100 to 240 VAC power via PowerCON TRUE1 IN/OUT. Maximum power consumption is 100 W.
