A Look Into 4Wall DC's TV & Film Inventory
This year our 4Wall DC location has attained some prominent TV/Film gear meant to accommodate the needs of television and film production in and around the East Coast.
Below are some of the recently acquired TV/Film fixtures that are now available in 4Wall DC's rental inventory.
The new ARRI SkyPanel is a versatile LED soft light that is compact, fully tunable and delivers powerful and quality light. Since different application areas call for different lighting needs, the SkyPanel has been designed as a series of fixtures. The S60 is the mid-range model and the S30 is the smaller, more portable version.
4Wall DC has both fixtures available with the ARRI SkyPanel firmware 2.0. With a library of industry standard Rosco and Lee filters built into the SkyPanel, you can match to any existing source you might be using. A few of the features include: Low End mode for low key situations to maintain color rendition,Tungsten Mode emulates the behavior of a tungsten fixture and other features like fan controls, networked DMX and more.
The 100-0% dimmable L5-C is a fully tunable white light source, allowing you to match existing fixtures with color temperatures from 2,800K to 10,000K. The on-board controller allows full minus green to plus green adjustment as well as RGB+W color gamut color mixing with hue and saturation control, enabling matching of specific shades and skin tones. All functions can be controlled via DMX, an ideal feature for broadcast studios, while RDM permits monitoring of the light's status.
Litepanels Astras 1x1 Bi-Color LED
Litepanels has a new Bi-Color LED that can cover tungsten to daylight temperatures and has a dimmable output option. There's also an option to run the fan or turn it off for quiet scenes. It features a 72 deg. beam with flicker-free performance and is only 5.3" deep.
This Kino Flo Celeb 200 is a portable LED lighting system designed to produce a soft, gentle wrapping light, ideal for professional photo and video capture. It illuminates colors accurately, virtually matching natural light with its color rendering index (CRI) of 95. This 201's white light is dial-in and adjustable from 2700 to 6500 Kelvin. A twistable knob allows for precise manual adjustment of color temperature, which can then be set to one of the five preset buttons.
The Celeb 400 LED is one of the largest LED soft panels available in the market today measuring 45" x 14" (114.5cm x 36cm). The Celeb produces a soft, broad, wraparound light quality (CRI 95) and produces color faithfully, beautifully on HD or film, in the studio or on location.
The Celeb boasts technical innovations: dial-in white light from 2700 to 6500 Kelvin and presets with programmable settings; full range dimming without flicker or color shift. Light levels do not change when selecting Kelvin settings.
