UsedLighting.com was established in 1999 as a way for our parent company 4Wall Entertainment to sell and replace its rental inventory, ensuring a constant refresh of equipment. Items marked as 'UL Owned' have been professionally maintained in one of 4Wall's nationwide locations. These items are constantly tested, cleaned, and updated to provide the best performance on productions across the country.
At UsedLighting.com, we are committed to ensuring you know exactly what you're purchasing. We put a lot of effort into making sure each item has accurate pictures showing you the quality of gear you will receive. Our 'UL Owned' items, sourced directly from 4Wall's rental inventory, come with unparalleled warranties, which are the best in the entertainment industry. Rest assured, if something is not right with the equipment, we will make it right. You are fully covered!
What We Sell
Don't be fooled by the name! We sell more than 'Used Lighting'. We also offer LED video tiles, projectors, truss, rigging, fog/hazer machines, & more! If you don't see what you're looking for, feel free to contact us and we'll do our best to provide options that may suit your needs.
Brokered Items
We also carry items from our global community of site members. We broker quality items from production houses, churches, theatres, and more. These items are listed as 'Sold by: Site Member'. Each brokered listing is meticulously reviewed by one of our staff to confirm all the information you need to know is clear in the listing. We also require actual photos of the gear being sold by our members. Opting for a brokered item not only offers significant savings but also comes with a robust 72-hour inspection guarantee to ensure your satisfaction with the purchase.
Sell Your Gear with Us
Do you have gear you no longer need? Sell your used gear on our site and use your earnings towards upgraded gear! We try to make sure all listings get approved in 2-5 business days. Why the long wait? We go through each listing carefully, adding any info we can find from the original manufacturer, as well as cleaning up any spelling mistakes (we've got your back, non-English majors!) We do this to make sure your item is presented in the best light to any potential buyers. When we post your listing, we will add a small 10-20% commission to your asking price. If your item doesn't sell, you pay NOTHING!
