Create precise, repeatable stage and production looks with the Cameo OPUS SP5 FC, a powerful profile spot moving head built around a 300 W full colour RGBAL LED engine. Its high-quality optical system delivers even projection without colour shadows, while the 6° to 44° zoom range, motorised focus, and continuously variable iris let you move quickly from tight beams to wider coverage without changing fixtures. With flicker-free, almost noiseless operation and a colour reproduction index of over 90 (TLCI 93), it is especially well suited for theatre as well as film and TV environments where on-camera performance matters.

Optics, colour, and smooth output control

The OPUS SP5 FC supports fast colour changes across a broad palette and includes 50 colour presets matched for use with LEE filters, making it easier to integrate with existing lighting plots. A continuously adjustable frost filter provides a soft, washlight-like spread when you need to reduce edge definition, while 16-bit dimming and four selectable dimmer curves help achieve smooth fades and consistent cueing.

Shaping and effects for gobo and texture work

For framing and precise beam control, the OPUS SP FC features four diaphragm sliders that can be individually angled and inserted all the way for complete shading. The full diaphragm slider system rotates +/- 45° for accurate positioning. For projection and texture, it combines two gobo wheels with 6 rotating and 7 static replaceable glass gobos (plus open), and these can be used together for morphing effects. Add motion and depth using the rotatable animation wheel, plus the rotatable and indexable circular threefold prism and linear sixfold prism.

Control, connectivity, and practical setup

Integrate the fixture into modern lighting networks via DMX, RDM, Art-Net, sACN, or the built-in W-DMX transceiver. The robust ABS and metal housing is equipped with Neutrik® DMX and powerCON TRUE1 power sockets. Highly efficient heat pipe cooling and temperature-controlled fans support reliable operation, and a battery-powered touchscreen display with six additional touch buttons enables convenient, mains-free configuration and quick navigation.
